Round 5 Results

The visiting Kongo Coffee Warriors from Chimbu Province held off a fast finishing Stop N Shop Port Moresby Vipers to draw 12-all this afternoon. In Lae, a likened premiership preview between Agmark Gurias and SBS Muruks saw the Muruks coming out on top with a 7 points to 6 win over the reigning champions. In Goroka, hosts, Bintangor Lahanis ended competition Leader, Toyota Enga Mioks three successive winning streak with 18 points to 10. The Masta Mak City Rangers bagged it's second win against the Kuris in Mt Hagen, inflicting 4 straight lossess for the Mt. Hagen franchise.
